PyrValley also produces maple syrup from late February to mid-April depending on the weather. We make syrup from sap collected from about 1100 lines and buckets. This season we produced about 50 gallons of maple syrup. Most of our product is sold locally in handle bottles as pictured above. Specialty containers like the maple leaf container are available upon request and cost a little extra. We typically sell in 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1 liter bottles, but larger sizes are sometimes available. Currently, we sell our maple syrup, birch syrup, garlic, and seasonal vegetables at the Orillia Farmers Market in downtown Orillia on Saturdays. The market operates at the Orillia Public Library, inside the building from Mid-October to late May, and then outdoors in the municipal parking area during the late spring and summer months.

In addition to maple syrup, we produce 100% pure Ontario Birch Syrup, which is also available for purchase in 50 ml, 100 ml, and 200 ml bottles. Birch Syrup is typically used for cooking, and is especially delicious when used as a marinade or sauce on fish, meats, and cheese.
